Soulmate to be shown at a London film festival (27.10.08)

A documentary about black, successful Christian women struggling to find Mr Right is showing at this year’s bfm Film Festival.
 
Soulmate directed by Andrea Wiley (writer and producer behind the TV series like ‘The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air’ and ‘The Parkers’) rounds-up a selection of African-American Christian women to talk about their realities as successful, attractive singletons struggling to find a ‘good man’.

The bfm International Film Festival between 7-17 November is the largest black world cinema event in the UK. The 10th Anniversary festival will take place at venues across London which include, the BFI Southbank, the British Museum, the Institute of Contemporary Arts, Rich Mix and Bernie Grant Art’s Centre.
