Nominees announced for Stellars (27.10.08)
The nominees for the Stellar Award have been announced with Marvin Sapp leading the show in nine categories.
The chart-topping traditional gospel singer could pick up awards for 'Song of the Year', 'Male Vocalist of the Year' and 'Traditional Male of the Year' and more from the annual Gospel music awards.
Other artists with multiple nominations include Jonathan Nelson with eight and Kirk Franklin with five.
Stellar Awards veteran, Vickie Winans is set to receive this year’s 'Most Notable Achievement Award'.
The 24th Annual Stellar Gospel Music Awards Show will be held in Nashville on 17 January 2009.
