Britain’s J-Factor winner selected (29.09.08)

Young Tito Fagbenle from London won this year’s J-Factor, the Christian equivalent to the X-Factor TV show.

The singing talent contest came to a dramatic close on Saturday, 20 September which saw the 17-year-old win the title. His prize includes the chance to record his own single in the near future.


On the win Tito said: “The J-Factor experience took me through a journey spiritually/emotionally. It made me realise and appreciate the gift that God had given me.”

The J-Factor finale at the Jesus House Centre attracted hundreds of people to the show along with a panel of judges.

This year’s judges included UK music veteran Roy Francis (UK) and Michelle McKinney Hammond (US).
